State Benefits Services unit provides comprehensive services and information regarding benefits for state employees. State benefits delivers customer-focused support throughout an employee’s career lifecycle and assists employees as they experience different life events in which they may require changes to their benefit plans or advisement regarding retirement, time and attendance or leaves of absence. This unit also serves to provide best practices and information to department administrators who work closely with employees.
The Research Foundation Benefits Unit specializes in helping individuals understand the benefits offered to employees during their employment with the Research Foundation (RF) for SUNY.
