Learn How Your Unit Works

Every unit has unique strategies and procedures for handling their physical space. When you are learning about your unit, find out how you should participate in the procedure. Is it your responsibility to report problems or request services? Specifically, you may want to ask how you should:

  • Report lost keys
  • Recycle or discard equipment
  • Update signage
  • Exterminate pests
  • Request heating or cooling service
  • Respond to a fire alarm test
