Travel and Expense Reimbursement System: Concur Booking Tool Presented by The Travel Team Inc.

This online session is offered monthly and presented by The Travel Team Inc., UB’s travel agency partner. Learn about the many benefits you can take advantage of when you book your airfare, hotel, and transportation right in the Concur Travel Module instead of vendor sites—still with your loyalty program perks applied.

Learning Outcomes

Learn how to book business travel in the Concur Travel Module, manage and change those reservations, and take advantage of all the great benefits of making your travel arrangements directly in Concur.

Intended Audience

All university employees who are responsible for using Concur to book their business travel and who make reservations on behalf of other UB travelers. This training is suitable for both new Concur users and anyone who needs a Concur Travel Module refresher.

Prerequisites

Must be authorized to use the Travel and Expense Reimbursement system.

Complete the following steps to update your Travel Team Concur travel profile:

1. Log in to Concur

2. Update Your Profile

  • On the Concur home page, at the top right click Profile, then click Profile Settings
  • Review and update your profile information. 
  • For more information, refer to the tip sheet setting up your Concur profile.

Class Schedule and Registration

To register, visit The Travel Team's website for current training sessions and information. Scroll down to Concur General Training Sessions and New User Interface. Click on the date that you wish to attend and the prompts will direct you to register. Upon registration completion, a confirmation and webinar information will be provided.
