State PCard October Statement Ready to Reconcile

Complete the reconciliation and certification for the October 2023 billing cycle in the SUNY Finance and Management System (FMS) on the employee services portal at www.suny.edu. The October billing cycle covers transactions from 10/06/23 — 11/06/23.

1. Sign on to the JP Morgan Chase PaymentNet home page at https://www.paymentnet.jpmorgan.com with your account credentials.
   
2. Click on the Statements option on the PaymentNet Menu Bar.
   
3. To view the statement for a billing cycle other than the current cycle, select a date from the Billing Date list.
   
4. Click View Statement (PDF)
   
5. When prompted, indicate whether you want to open the statement in a new browser tab or save a local copy.  Use your Adobe PDF viewer to print the statement if desired.

PCard paperwork and receipts must be kept on file for a period of six (6) fiscal years plus the current year. You should have the following fiscal years on file:
