UB H.O.M.E. program offers interest-free, deferred loans of up to $5,000 or $7,500 to UB employees who buy homes in the neighborhoods, including University Heights. A significant portion of the loan will be forgiven by the university after five continuous years of owner occupancy.

Home ownership by UB employees will help stabilize, revitalize and improve the quality of life in South Campus neighborhoods.

The UB H.O.M.E. program is being funded by the University at Buffalo Foundation (UBF) in partnership with West Side Neighborhood Housing Services (West Side NHS), Inc., a NeighborWorks America Chartered Member.
