The Print Services Ordering System makes it easy for you to manage all of your current and past print orders and quotes in My Orders

How to Manage Your Print Orders

1. Log in to Print Services Ordering System

2. Review and Manage Your Orders

  • Toggle the filters at the top of the page to narrow the list of orders as desired. (Figure 1)
  • In the filters block, you can also Export List to export your orders into an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Also in the filters block, click NVDA Accessibility Instructions to review accessibility information for print orders.
  • Review your order table for a summary of order activity, like Status and Shipped (Yes/No).
  • Also in the order table, click on any column heading that is a link to sort the table by that column’s value. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
  • For any row with a Status of Quote Only, in the Actions column click Edit to make revisions to your quote order.
  • In the View column, click View for any order of interest to review the Order Detail screen:
    • For Orders, from the Order Detail screen you can Copy Order or Print Ticket.
    • For Quotes, from the Order Detail screen you can also copy, print, or Cancel Order to cancel your quote, or Submit Order to convert your quote into an order.
