UB developed, implements, and enforces a stormwater management program designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from to the maximum extent practicable to protect water quality and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the Environmental Conservation Law and the Clean Water Act.
General Permit
Issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), the Notice of Intent for coverage under an State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) general permit is for storm water discharges from small municipal separate storm sewer systems.
Annual Reports
Required by the DEC, the annual report summarizes progress made on the six minimum control measures required by the stormwater management program.
