Corporate Sponsorship Request

All university entities seeking external sponsorship or advertising support must complete the Corporate Sponsorship Request before soliciting potential sponsors. 

Completing the Form

  1. Fill in all required fields and click Submit Request.
  2. Your request will be reviewed by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations to determine next steps and adherence to the Sponsorship and Advertising Policy.

External sponsorship requests should be submitted a minimum of four months prior to the event date. If you are currently working with sponsors, we ask that you complete the Corporate Sponsorship Request, so that we can record all sponsorships.
