Restrictions

  • Apple does not permit the use of personal credit cards for tax-exempt purchases online, via the 1-800 number or in Apple retail stores. You must use a UB procurement card for tax exempt purchases.
  • Apple prohibits resellers from selling to higher education institutions, therefore UB cannot use a purchase order or procurement card to purchase Apple products from resellers such as Best Buy, CDW-G and B&H Photo.
Apple Store at Walden Galleria

The Apple Retail Store in the Walden Galleria does not accept purchase orders. You must use your Procurement Card for in-store tax-exempt purchases.

Returns and Credits

Most manufacturers and resellers have limited return policies or fees applied to returned items. It is important that you contact the buyer associated with your order (not the vendor) to resolve any issues.
