COMING SUMMER 2022 - A New Home for Health Services

In response to COVID-19, our hours of operation and services have changed. 

June - July 2022: Service Notes

During our transition to a new Electronic Health Record (June) and our new facility (July), appointments may be limited, we will be unable to release medical records and there may be delays in immunization processing. We thank you in advance for your patience as we make improvements to better support you.

  • Weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; note the following:
    • Thursdays (first and second of each month) closed from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Upcoming Closures
No Patient Appointments - Call for refills or nurse questions

7/1/22: Due to our move to a new building, we will not have patient appointments from Tuesday, July 5 - Thursday, July 7 and on Thursday, July 14 and Friday, July 15. Please call our office 716-829-3316 for any prescription refills or urgent nurse questions. We plan to reopen in our new location for limited patient appointments on Monday, July 18.

When UB closes for severe weather; existing appointments will be rescheduled when normal campus operations resume.
