Organizational Development and Training (OD&T) facilitates the learning, growth and development of faculty and staff at the University at Buffalo. We are dedicated to providing individuals and teams with outstanding knowledge, skills and abilities to meet their goals and to support the vision of the university. We offer professional development workshops, career coaching, performance support, consulting services and change management support to individuals and departments.
OD&T offers a quarterly schedule of free professional development programs to all UB faculty and staff.
