Learn how to send files and images from your computer or UB Box. File types are limited to protect against the transmission of malware.

Important:

Cisco Jabber will be retired as a UB service at the end of 2025. Use Cisco Call, integrated into Microsoft Teams, as a softphone option instead.

  •  Windows and Mac: Use the paperclip icon
  • Jabber for Mobile: Use the + Action

Upload or Download Larger Files with UB Box

Use the UB Box tab in browser to upload or download files, and share a link you can paste into chats.
