Transferring Calls to Another Person with Jabber

Cisco Jabber will be retired as a UB service at the end of 2025. Use Cisco Call, integrated into Microsoft Teams, as a softphone option instead.

Transferring Calls

Zoom image: Call Control strip with More selected. Transfer can then be selected. Call Control strip with More selected. Transfer can then be selected.
  1. Click More . . .  in the Call Control Strip.
  2. Select Transfer to place the current call on hold.
  3. Type the name of the person or the phone number you want to transfer the call to in the search box.
  4. Select the person or number in the search list.
  5. Click Transfer to complete the transfer.
  6. Click the Disconnect button after the third party answers.
