Call Forwarding with Jabber
Important:
Cisco Jabber will be retired as a UB service at the end of 2025. Use Cisco Call, integrated into Microsoft Teams, as a softphone option instead.

Automatic Call Forwarding
Forwarding automatically sends all calls coming in to your phone number to your voicemail or another phone number of your choosing.
- Click the phone control icon in the bottom left corner of the Jabber hub.
- Select Forward Calls to and choose one of the following:
- Select among the listed numbers (your recently forwarded phone numbers) or
- Select New Number to enter a phone number and click Forward or
- Select Voicemail to have all calls go to your voicemail automatically.
Unsetting Call Forwarding
- Click the phone control icon in the bottom left corner of the Jabber hub.
- Select Forward Call to > Do Not Forward Calls.
