The enterprise organization (UBIT) is responsible for building and supporting the foundational IT services and infrastructure for the university, including the university network, student information systems (HUB), UB Learns, MyUB and university financial systems.

Distributed IT units are affiliated with various Colleges, Schools and Administrative units throughout the university. The Office of the VPCIO and these units collaborate closely to provide seamless IT service.
