Customize the Appearance of Jabber Chat

Change font size and color, and change accessibility settings.

Important:

Cisco Jabber will be retired as a UB service at the end of 2025. Use Cisco Call, integrated into Microsoft Teams, as a softphone option instead.

Change Font Appearance

  • Under Settings  > Chats, select a font to reformat incoming messages, to make them easier to read. Choose a font for outgoing messages to add flair.
  • Select the Set font icon to "Edit The Font" to send a single message with a custom color or font to get your message across clearer.

Accessibility Settings

Jabber is also compatible with Windows High Contrast and Mac Accessibility to improve the experience of the application visually.
