Call UB Health Services and listen to the phone message, which will give you instructions for how to reach the after-hours nurse. This nurse will provide medical care advice and assistance over the phone.
If you need urgent (but not emergency) medical care when UB Health Services is closed, you may want to visit a local urgent care facility.
Please note: the office visit to an urgent care facility is NOT paid for by your mandatory health fee. We advise you to check with your insurance company regarding coverage before you go to one of these centers, as you are responsible for any costs not paid for by your health insurance company.
