With restaurants, boutique stores, a movie theater and a supermarket right across the street, the South Campus Halls offer the best of city living in a classic residential setting. The halls are located on UB’s picturesque South Campus—the university’s original campus, and a local landmark since 1920 with its ivy-covered buildings and grand courtyards.
Join approximately 1,000 students as you enjoy all the fun and excitement of city living. South Campus has its own Metro station (for quick public transportation to downtown Buffalo), and is just a short, 10-minute bus ride to UB’s North Campus. Students at the South Campus Halls live in suites (two double rooms joined by a bathroom) in one of two dormitory-style buildings, Clement and Goodyear Halls.
South Campus offers general and specialty housing, including areas designated for architecture students.
Residents now have more access and flexibility to renew and obtain the type of UB on-campus housing they want for the upcoming academic year.
What's Happening
Goodyear Hall is available as a mixed-class communtiy for first-year and returning students as part of housing selection.
Clement Hall is a first-year student community. Current students living at Clement Hall will not be able to renew their space.
