Clear expectations for all who live and work in the residence halls based on standards, ethical statements and guidelines adapted from the American College Personnel Association (ACPA), Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I), and NASPA, Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education
Well-trained and dedicated staff who take responsibility for their actions, understand their boundaries and show strong leadership
A focus on providing the information our students and staff need to make well-informed decisions
Students who know and respect each other and the staff in their residence halls and apartments
Students and staff who show ownership and respect for their physical environment
