Whether it’s your first day at UB or your last, here’s everything you need to know about moving in and out of your new home.

Guide to Campus Living

To create a safe, respectful and welcoming community, all residents are required to follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Guide to Campus Living.

The Guide includes a complete listing of the rules, community standards, prohibited items lists, safety and security advice, as well as links to related policies and procedures that impact on-campus residents.

This guide will help you understand what to expect from on-campus housing during the ongoing public health situation and learn more about what role you will play in keeping our community healthy and safe.

The housing agreement you signed when completing your application explains many of your financial and legal rights and obligations when you live in official on-campus housing at UB.

Need something fixed in your room? At UB, our real-time work order system lets you submit and monitor non-technology maintenance requests, 24 hours a day.

Get Wi-Fi. Pick up a package. Replace a lost room key or swipe card. When you need something in your room, start here.

We know you spend most of your time at UB outside of the classroom. Living on campus gives you even more opportunities to get involved.

Eat a healthy meal. Take a fitness class online. Learn a new meditation technique. It's hard to take care of homework if you aren't taking care of yourself.
