Residence Halls

Ellicott Complex - North Campus

The Ellicott Complex is UB’s largest housing complex. It houses approximately 3,000 students and is divided into six buildings, or quadrangles (Evans, Fargo, Red Jacket, Richmond, Spaulding and Wilkeson).

Governors Complex - North Campus

Home to nearly 800 students in primarily in double (two-person) rooms, Governors Complex is the smaller of the two dormitory-style housing complexes on UB’s North Campus. It is divided into four identical, interconnected halls (Clinton, Dewey, Lehman and Roosevelt).

Governors Double

Please note, not all governors rooms include the standing wardrobe. Clinton and Lehman Hall have built in closets, but will be transitioning to wardrobes by Summer 2027.

Greiner Hall - North Campus

Greiner Hall, on UB's North Campus, offers general and specialty housing for approximately 600 second-year students. Each temperature controlled suite features two double rooms and a private bathroom. 

Clement and Goodyear - South Campus

Join approximately 1,000 students as you enjoy all the fun and excitement of city living. South Campus is a short, 10-minute bus ride to UB’s North Campus. Students at the South Campus Halls live in suites (two double rooms joined by a bathroom and limited single three bedroom suites) in one of two dormitory-style buildings, Clement and Goodyear Halls.

Apartment Villages

Creekside Village

Conveniently located on the northern edge of UB's North Campus, adjacent to the Ellicott Complex, here you'll find comfortable apartments with all the amenities and features of on-campus living.

Creekside Village 2 Bed/1 Bed 3-Person Ranch

Please note, this apartment is designed for a Community Assistant (CA) and two residents. The CA occupies the bedroom with a full-size bed, while the two residents share a bedroom.

Flickinger Village

Home to many undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, including families, Flickinger Court gives you the privacy, independence and convenience you deserve. This modern townhouse-style village is located just across the street from UB’s North Campus, with regular shuttle service to both UB’s North and South campuses.

Flint Village

A short walk to many of UB’s academic buildings and athletic venues, Flint is home to upperclass and professional students, features an Arts & Crafts-style community center and comfortable, air-conditioned apartments.

Hadley Village

Conveniently located right across the street from UB’s Academic Spine, Hadley Village gives you the community and on-campus lifestyle you’re looking for. Here, you’ll find comfortable, air-conditioned 4-bedroom apartments.

South Lake Village

Enjoy scenic views of Baird Point, Lake LaSalle and wild herons as you take the short walk to classes, football games, concerts and more. Here, you’ll find comfortable, air-conditioned apartments in four different layouts.
