The Ellicott Complex is UB’s largest housing complex. It houses approximately 3,000 students and is divided into six buildings, or quadrangles (Evans, Fargo, Red Jacket, Richmond, Spaulding and Wilkeson).
Home to nearly 800 students in primarily in double (two-person) rooms, Governors Complex is the smaller of the two dormitory-style housing complexes on UB’s North Campus. It is divided into four identical, interconnected halls (Clinton, Dewey, Lehman and Roosevelt).
Greiner Hall, on UB's North Campus, offers general and specialty housing for approximately 600 second-year students. Each temperature controlled suite features two double rooms and a private bathroom.
Join approximately 1,000 students as you enjoy all the fun and excitement of city living. South Campus is a short, 10-minute bus ride to UB’s North Campus. Students at the South Campus Halls live in suites (two double rooms joined by a bathroom and limited single three bedroom suites) in one of two dormitory-style buildings, Clement and Goodyear Halls.

Home to many undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, including families, Flickinger Court gives you the privacy, independence and convenience you deserve. This modern townhouse-style village is located just across the street from UB’s North Campus, with regular shuttle service to both UB’s North and South campuses.
