Review Pool Information
Review a list of employees in your discretionary pool.

- Select the Current Year Pool tab
- Under Current Year Pool Summary, review totals by entity
- Under Current Year Pool Details, review employees that have made up the pool
Understand Eligibility
All full-time and part-time faculty and professional staff in the UUP negotiating unit are eligible if they meet either of these two (2) conditions:
- They are staff or non-adjunct faculty on the payroll as of June 30, 2022; and
- They are in pay status or on an approved leave on September 14, 2022, the end of pay period 12; and
- They are in pay status on December 7, 2022, the end of pay period 18
- or-
- They are adjunct instructors on the payroll as of April 30, 2022; and
- They are in pay status or on an approved leave on September 14, 2022, the end of pay period 12; and
- They are in pay status on December 7, 2022, the end of pay period 18
If an Employee Recommended For an Award Resigns
If the employee resigns prior to December 7, 2022, the end of PP18, please contact Jamie Lynn Bluhm at 716-645-4433 immediately. Pool dollars will need to be redistributed.
Purpose of Current Year Pool Tab
- List of employees and pool amounts that make up the pool dollars for each decanal area
- Understand the make-up of pool dollars; not to be utilized for entering recommendations
Pool and Recommendations Tab Employees are Different
There may be employees on the current year pool tab that are not on the recommendations tab. This may occur because:
The employee is no longer in your area
The employee is no longer employed at UB in UUP
