At UB, all students who live on campus have free access to computers and printers. With a computer lab or business center in every residence hall and apartment complex, it’s easier to get your work done.

Log in to Computers & Printers
You can log in to computers and printers remotely using your UBIT name and password.
Print from Home, 24/7
Computer labs and business centers use the university’s iprint system. You can go to the computer lab or business center to print, or access printers remotely from your residence hall room or apartment, 24 hours a day.
Cost for Printing
UB provides an “allowance” for free printing to UB students, faculty and staff, which should cover many of your printing needs. If you live in Greiner Hall or any of our apartment complexes, you will receive an additional allotment of printed pages. You can also set up a Campus Cash account on your UB Card if you need additional copies.
Software Available to You
Computers in our computer labs are pre-configured with a variety of academically licensed software titles, and provide access to a student’s personal secured, cloud-accessible storage.
