Register for Oozefest

Student Engagement offers two types of ways for students, faculty, staff, and friends to register for Oozefest: teams and free agents. Teams can have a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 8, while free agents can be single players who would like to join an open team.

All Teams MUST Pre-Register Online!

All teams MUST pre-register for Oozefest in order to be able to play in the tournament. Registration for our 2025 tournament will open in March 2025!

Volunteer for Oozefest

Want to volunteer to help out at Oozefest? Volunteers are a huge part of the success of Oozefest. Without volunteers, Oozefest couldn’t happen! Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, check-in, distribute food and water, referee the games, keep score, break down, clean up, and help the event run smoothly.

All volunteers must attend one volunteer training – dates, times, and locations will be located on the volunteer registration form.
