Replying to Comments

In ShopBlue, comments can be made within requisitions, POs, vouchers, and receivers. These comments can also be sent directly to other users.  These comments should also be replied to within ShopBlue, if required.

How to Reply to Comments

1. Receive Email Notification and Click View Comment

When a comment is sent to you in ShopBlue, you will receive an email notification from ShopBlue from the sender To go directly to that comment, click View Comment (Figure 1).

2. Click Reply To

To reply to these comments, click the Arrow icon on the right-hand side
 (Figure 2).

3. Enter Your Message and Click Add Comment

Enter your message. A check mark will appear next to the person you are directly replying to You can add others who have been a part of this document by checking the box next to their name. You can also add someone new by clicking Add Recipient and searching for whom you’d like to add. 

Note: here you can also attach documents you may need to send by clicking Choose File.

Then to finish, click the Check Mark (Figure 3).

4. View Added Comment

Your comment will now be added to the document. It will show the name of the recipient underneath the comment. The recipient will receive an email with your comment (Figure 4).
