    The Natural Sciences Complex (NSC) offers state-of-the-art facilities to UB’s chemistry faculty and students. Lecture halls are outfitted with large-screen, ceiling-mounted projectors and color video-camera platforms, as well as color visualizers capable of projecting 3-D images. The Natural Sciences Complex also houses the Institute for Lasers, Photonics and Biophotonics, an internationally recognized program focused on photonics, the science and technology based on light.
