Sponsored Projects Services' (SPS) is providing clarification of the payment process for Independent Contractors.
The Independent Contractors/Consultants process requires both an invoice submitted by the independent contractor as well as the payment form for independent contractors to process payment. Thank you for your cooperation as we update our practices to maintain compliance.
