Instructor, TA or Grader (including Combined Classes): Modify

Use the Maintain Schedule of Classes menu option to modify the instructor, TA or grader.

1. Select the “Class Scheduling” tile.

2. Select from the sub-navigation menu.

3. Enter the term, subject area and catalog number and click on search.

Additional search criteria is optional. Select the course from the search results.

4. Select the “Meetings” tab and update the instructor, TA or grader in the Instructors for Meeting Pattern area.

Enter the ID, Select the Instructor Role and Access. Check the schedule “Print” box if appropriate.

Add additional IDs if necessary by clicking on the plus sign. If no additional IDs are needed, click “Save.”

Any instructor that has the “Print” box checked will be included in course evaluations. "Post" access is required to enter grades.
