The Scheduling Ticketing System allows department schedulers to request modifications to their current or future term classes. This includes changes to meeting patterns, rooms or final exams. Graduate catalog changes are also submitted through the Scheduling Ticketing System.

New course proposals and catalog edits to existing courses should be submitted through UB Curriculum.
For issues that need to be addressed immediately (cleanliness, supplies, vandalism, heating/cooling, flooding, etc.) call 716-645-2025.
Report an issue with equipment, furniture, fixtures or other aspects of a room on the classroom maintenance website.
Complete and submit a Reservation Request Form to Student Affairs for non-class-based, one-time room requests.
