The Arthur O. Eve EOP program at UB is an avenue for admission and support for students who have demonstrated potential to succeed in spite of educational or economic barriers.

Launched in Spring 2023 with a robust program of conferences, lectures and student activities, the Asia Research Institute is a multidisciplinary hub and collaborative space for research and education on Asia and its diasporic communities.

The Center for Information Integrity at the University at Buffalo is rooted in the shared conviction that accurate information is required for vigorous public debate within a democracy.

The Center for Ingestive Behavior is the administrative hub for the University at Buffalo Ingestive Behavior (UBIB) community. We provide research resources and administration for members of the Center.

CLaRI, the Center for Literacy and Reading Instruction, is an established reading center at the University at Buffalo and has been providing reading services to Western New York since 1963. We are a community resource for the assessment of children’s literacy development and individualized reading instruction, as well as literacy research center.

The Center for Program Evaluation, Student Learning Assessment and Accreditation Consulting provides research support to UB researchers and accreditation and assessment support for both UB and external higher education professionals.

The Center for Space Cyber Strategy and Cyber Security is the only academic, system-focused, space cyber center in the United States.

The UB Center addresses the challenges facing marginalized and underdeveloped neighborhoods, particularly Black communities. Through research and neighborhood development projects, it explores the root causes of neighborhood underdevelopment, develops and tests innovative solutions, and creates radical plans to transform underdeveloped neighborhoods into healthy, thriving, and joyful communities.

The Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center (ADMDC), a Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease (CEAD), provides state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease and other cognitive disorders. The center operates under the auspices of the Department of Neurology in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

The Cora P. Maloney Center is a distinguished community of students, alumni, faculty, staff and community partners who work together to deliver a transformative undergraduate experience at the University at Buffalo.

For 6 years (2015-2021), the Creative Arts Initiative (CAI) solicited and received many excellent proposals for artist residencies from a wide variety of disciplines, from across the country and around the world. We were able to bring some amazing artists to Buffalo to create new art while engaging with our students and the Buffalo community. We are very sorry to see this important effort come to an end.

The UB Digital Scholarship Studio and Network provides ongoing collaborative, technical, curricular, and coordinating assistance for faculty and students across the university who are building digital content and systems, bringing together potential research partners and creating new research opportunities especially for projects linking sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities.

The mission of the Office of Enrollment Management is to recruit, enroll, retain and graduate a diverse community of student scholars from the University at Buffalo.

FOXG1 Research Center (FRC) is a premier research center at the University at Buffalo devoted to the studies of FOXG1 syndrome. Our goal is to develop a cure for all children across the world who are impacted by the disease. Our team of dedicated researchers are working hard every day to make that happen, stepping closer to the clinical trials aimed for in the next couple of years for young patients with FOXG1 syndrome.

Through UB you can support top students and faculty, and develop creative solutions that make lives better around the world now and into the future.

The health sciences schools at the University at Buffalo collaborate and synchronize efforts to push the boundaries of scientific discovery and innovation, which creates better health outcomes for local and global populations. Working together, the schools prepare students to be change makers in health sciences professions and disciplines — and empower faculty and researchers to drive discoveries from the labs to the marketplace.

Providing research mentoring, career guidance and professional development to talented PhD graduate students in the biomedical, behavioral and STEM sciences at the University at Buffalo. The IMSD@UB has been continuously supported by the National Institute of General Medical Science from the National Institutes of Health since 2012.

The Institute's benefactor and professor of practice, Stephen Still, is featured in UB's We Are Boldy Buffalo Campaign. Stephen gave $4 million to support the Stephen Still Institute for Sustainable Transportation and Logistics. His gift–and many other gifts–are being immediately invested in opportunities for faculty and students to address society’s biggest transportation challenges.
