Pre-College Programs

  • Liberty Partnerships Program: Provides academic, cultural, social and emotional learning opportunities to students in grades 5-12 at our Buffalo area partner schools.
  • Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP): Prepares students in grades 7 to 12 who are either economically disadvantaged or historically underrepresented for entry into college and improves their participation rate in mathematics, science, technology, health-related fields and the licensed professions.
  • Upward Bound Program: Encourage and supports students from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their performance and motivation to pursue post-secondary education.

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)

The Arthur O. Eve EOP program at UB is an avenue for admission and support for students who have demonstrated potential to succeed in spite of educational or economic barriers.
