The Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) is designed to increase the number of economically disadvantaged students who are pursuing professional licensure and careers in mathematics, science, technology and health-related fields.
CSTEP supports UB’s future doctors, engineers, pharmacists, lawyers and other licensed professionals by providing the key preparation, resources and opportunities critical to their success, fostering students’ exemplary achievement every step of the way.
CSTEP is a grant-funded program sponsored by the New York State Department of Education, established in 1987.
