CSTEP accepts applications year round. Applications are reviewed monthly.
When applying, you will need to provide a copy of your unofficial transcript (which you can save as a PDF from HUB), your UB ID card and your Green Card (if applicable).
Students who are not African American/Black, Latino/Hispanic or Native American are eligible to apply, based on income verifiable by tax forms. If you are a non-minority who must provide income verification, please hide Social Security numbers before uploading.
This application will take about 10 minutes to complete if you have all of the information available. There are no essays. You can also start the form, then save, and return later if needed. Users should not upload files or sign the forms until they are ready to submit.
