CUPA is a leading resource for higher education HR professionals, offering benchmarking data, salary surveys and toolkits to support HR functions. UB's HR departments use CUPA to enhance HR practices, improve staffing strategies and ensure competitive compensation for our employees.

HERC
HERC is a nonprofit coalition of colleges, universities, hospitals, research labs, government agencies and related non-and for- profit organizations. HERC's mission is to improve higher education recruitment practices and workplace culture to strengthen our institutions and serve our communities. UB is a lead institution and member and, as such, everyone that works at UB can join for free!
In order to access HERC resources, you will need to register. UB has and institutional membership, so all those that work here can join for free!
