I am logged into Cisco Call but do not hear any audio on a phone call.
Check that the correct device is selected in the audio settings:
In Call Settings, click on Audio > Speaker
I am logged into Cisco Call and the audio device is set correctly, but the audio is coming from the desk phone.
Check if you have inadvertently set up remote call control with your desk phone.
1. Open the Calling Dock, located at the bottom of the window, to view this setting. The default is disconnected and will read Connect to a device; if it shows anything else, it is attached to the desk phone.
2. Click on the setting and click Disconnect:
When listening to voice messages, the audio goes through my speakers and not my headphones.
Cisco Call relies on the system audio settings when playing voice messages.
Change your system audio settings to use the headset. Alternatively, call the voice mail system directly in Cisco Call (645-3333) or simply click on the icon in the upper right of the Voicemail window and enter your PIN:
