State Non-Employee Travel (NET) Card Conversion

Review important details about the State Non-Employee Travel (NET) Card conversion from CITI to JPMC, including when to stop using your current NET card and how to obtain and activate your new NET Card.

Last Day to Use CITI NET Card is Oct. 5

  • The last day to use your CITI NETCard is Wednesday, October 5, 2022.  After October 5, CITI will automatically close and deactivate your existing NET card. Any attempted transaction will fail.

When Can I Start Using My New NET Card?

New JPMC NET cards can be activated and used immediately.

Pick up your new JPMC NET Card.

How Do I Get a New NET Card?

  • All existing CITI NET Cards have been submitted to JP Morgan Chase for conversion.
  • Card Programs Office within Business Services will distribute new JPMC NET Cards to cardholders.
  • Pick up your new JPMC NET Card in person during an open session at either North Campus, South Campus, or Downtown
  • You may pick up your new Card at the location and session of your choice. This is a walk-up service. Registration is not required.
  • Bring your old CITI NET Card with you when you pick up your new Card. Card Programs Office within Business Services will properly dispose of it in accordance with University policy.

What You Need To Know About The Monthly Certification Process

  • We do not anticipate major changes to the monthly certification process; your transactions will continue to be reconciled within Concur.
  •  Converting the information feeds from CITI to JPMC within Concur is underway. We will advise you of any potential changes regarding your certifications in a separate communication once the feed conversion is finished.
