Accruals

State professional employees, represented by United University Professions, enjoy accruals as  part of their contractual agreement.

YOUR UB AFFILIATION

To view or change your employee profile, log in to the SUNY portal for State with your UBITName and password or the SUNY portal for Research Foundation with your RF account login credentials.

Time Sheets

Professional employees use the SUNY Time and Attendance System to submit time sheets.

0 and up =fte*1.75
  • Maxium accruals for vacation is 40 days for full-time and pro-rated (fte*40) days for part-time
  • The balance can go over 40 days during the calendar year but must be back down to 40 days on January 1
  • Full-time employees earn 1.00 Bonus day on January 2 for the duration of the contract   
        Eff 1/2/13, Part-time employees earn 1 Bonus day for the duration of the contract
  • Must be in pay status(working or using accruals) majority of the month to accrue
  • Vacation shall be taken at such times where the supervisor has approved
  • Days are charged according to normal work days

Sick Time Accrual
