Automatically forward all incoming calls from your UB phone by setting a forward in the Self-Care Portal.
- Log into Self-Care Portal.
- Select the desired line from the left-hand pane.
- Under Phones > Call Forwarding, click the check box to forward all calls to.
- Choose either Voicemail or Add a New Number and fill in the desired forwarding destination.
- Click Save.
To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
