Click Grants Module

The Click Grants module provides a platform for:

  • Internal proposal routing, credit distribution, and approval (replacing the current EPS system)
  • Budgeting capability
  • System-to-system proposal submissions for most Grants.gov applications
  • Integration and sharing of information between other Click modules

The Grants module is live and available for use. The current EPS system for routing will be decommissioned on June 30, 2018, thus Click Grants must be used for the internal routing approval of all proposals submitted on or after July 1, 2018. Training sessions are being set up for faculty/staff and chairs/deans for the routing process—see below to register for a training session and to view the user guides.

NOTE: There is no change to the UB Proposal Submission Policy during this transition. SPS will not submit any proposal application without the fully approved (approved by all co-PIs, Chairs, and Deans) Click Grants Funding Proposal. To avoid the risk of it not being fully approved in time, it is highly recommended that a PI submit their Click Grants Funding Proposal at least 5 business days before the anticipated submission date.
