CSTEP provides our students with access to Kaplan review courses at a reduced rate.
CSTEP partners with Kaplan to provide standardized test preparation for the following courses required for graduate or professional school: GRE, DAT, LSAT, MCAT, OAT, PCAT and FE (Fundamentals of Engineering). The delivery of these prep courses supports CSTEP in our mission to broaden participation of students pursuing the licensed professions such as medicine, dentistry, law, pharmacy, psychology etc. or STEM fields. Each course includes classes, choose from online options (that fit within your schedule), books, online resources, practice tests and personalized study plans. Please note that live online plus is not an option.
Students can apply for CSTEP Kaplan Access on a rolling basis during the academic year and summer as Kaplan offers new courses each month. Kaplan applications should be submitted at least 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the desired prep course. CSTEP Kaplan Access covers most, but not all costs for the Kaplan prep courses. Students pay a reduced rate of $75 and CSTEP covers the rest of the cost to provide access to the prep course. You must be an active CSTEP student who as attended multiple CSTEP events to receive the rate reduction for standardized test prep. We encourage you to apply!
