The campus walking program features a one-mile walk around either North or South Campus. Each week we walk at our own pace and meet other colleagues from around campus.
Walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active. You can do it almost anywhere and at any time. Register and enjoy fun walks and enjoy the outdoors. Participants should meet at Abbott bus loop on South Campus or Founders Plaza on North Campus.

| Step into nature with intention and presence. This 30-minute guided experience invites participants to slow down, awaken their senses and connect deeply with the natural world. Through gentle walking, quiet observation and simple mindfulness practices, you'll cultivate calm, clarity and a renewed sense of connection to yourself and the environment. | |||
Walks are weather dependent. We will email on the day of the walk if it will be cancelled due to inclement weather.
