Fostering Collaborative Initiatives

This session is for anyone who wants to increase their effectiveness working in cross-functional teams at UB and improve collaboration to advance initiatives.

In a large and diverse institution like UB, we find an ethos around collaboration. It is viewed as an integral step to success. In this class, we discuss working with resistance mindsets, building professional connections, being intentional in how you participate with your collaborative group and managing conflict.
