Fostering Institutional Collaboration

This session is for anyone who wants to increase their effectiveness in working cross functionally at UB and improve collaboration with others or different units.

Sometimes boundaries between units and people are organically created in higher ed based on rank, seniority, authority, expertise and function. It is imperative that all stakeholders work together across these boundaries to address institutional, divisional and departmental challenges. Learn successful strategies to engage differently and breakdown these barriers.
