Registering with Blue Services (iLab) for UB Users

Steps for registering with Blue Services, powered by iLab, for faculty, staff and students acting on behalf of the University at Buffalo.

In this Section

1. Select Your Principal Investigator (PI) or Group

Select your PI/Group from the dropdown.

Type your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number (optional) in the corresponding text fields.

Click Register (Figure 1).

2. Agilent iLab Activation Pending Approval Page

After clicking register, your Blue Services (iLab) account will be pending until approved by an administrator (Figure 2). Administrators are notified every business day for pending activation requests.

Send Reminder to the Designated Approver - This button immediately sends a reminder to the approver designated to your account approval request. 

Request Assistance - This button requests urgent assistance for account approval.

Back to Login Page - This link takes you back to the Blue Services (iLab) login page. See Logging in to Blue Services (iLab) for UB Users for more information.

3. Blue Services (iLab) Welcome Email

Once your registration is approved, you should receive an iLab welcome email from welcome@ilabsolutions.com. The email will include your assigned institution (Figure 3).
