Change Your Concur Appearance

When you log in to the travel and expense system (Concur) you can change the visual theme for an improved user experience.

How to Change Your Concur Appearance

1. Go to Your Profile

  • Log in to Concur.
  • At the top of the home page, click Profile, then click Profile Settings (Figure 1).

  • Click Systems Settings to edit your profile (Figure 2).

2. Appearance Settings (Lower Right)

  • Visual themes are Morning Horizon (light mode), Evening Horizon (dark mode), Horizon High Contract White, and Horizon High Contrast Black (Figure 3).
  • Click on the option you prefer and then click Save to see the new screen appearance.
