Need help identifying an image you already have? With visual search, you can add an image in the chat prompt and Microsoft Copilot Chat will answer your questions using the picture. For example, you can snap an image of a product and ask Microsoft Copilot Chat to find the instruction manual for it. 

Microsoft Copilot Chat is our choice for AI chat at UB because it keeps your data secure. Once you sign into Microsoft Copilot Chat with your UBITName and password, Microsoft will never use any information that you input or obtain from a Microsoft Copilot Chat session to train AI models.

Be sure to always protect your information online at UB and never put any sensitive data at UB into AI chats.

Microsoft Copilot Chat is available to UB faculty, staff, and UB students on all major browsers like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Visit  https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat and sign in with your UBITName and password to get started with AI chat. 

You can also download the Copilot app on your computer or mobile device that’s included with your UB Microsoft 365 license. 

Remember, if you are not signed in using your UBITName account, your data will not be protected while using Copilot Chat.
