Official Colors
The official color of the UB logo is UB Blue. The official color of the supporting typography is Cool Gray (see color chart below for values). When presented in full color, the signature appears as shown here.
The signature can also be presented in one color–UB Blue or black–or it can be "reversed," displayed in white within a field of UB Blue or black. The "reverse" treatment should be used when the signature appears on a dark-colored background.
Color Conversion Chart
To ensure that the official university colors are displayed accurately no matter what the medium, use the color conversion chart shown below. Most graphics programs, such as PhotoShop, allow users to set the CMYK, RGB, or even the HEX values for color choices. Choosing the values shown in the conversion chart will guarantee the closest match to the official colors prescribed by the University at Buffalo's visual identity program.
