Keep using your UBmail

Your UBmail (buffalo.edu) address is yours for life! Just log into the web client at ubmail.buffalo.edu once every 90 days to keep it active.

Your mailbox limit will be reduced to 50GB. You will be unable to send or receive email if you exceed the limit. Please ensure you are below quota prior to graduating.

Backup your Google Drive, OneDrive and UBbox files

You will lose access to your Google Drive, UBbox and OneDrive cloud storage six months after your degree conferral date. To save your work from UB, you’ll need to download your files from Google Drive, UBbox and OneDrive and move them to personal storage. OneDrive even offers a mover tool to transfer your files from your UB account to a personal one.

UBIT services you will lose access to

You will lose access to your other UBIT services six months after your degree conferral date. During that time, be sure to back up any files and save any contacts you wish to use after UB.
