Reservation and Service Charges

Use of the Student Union reservation rooms by recognized student clubs and organizations are available at no charge. University departments may reserve space in the Union and will incur a room charge.

Appropriate user and equipment fees will be charged to any organizations that arrange: digital advertising, special room set-up or break-down (different than standard room arrangement), access to space before or after scheduled reservation hours, cleaning, damage to room or equipment, and repairs required due to use beyond normal wear and tear.
