Official university business mail is collected, processed and delivered by the Campus Mail Service, including:

  • Official inter-campus business mail
  • In- and out-bound university business mail collected, processed and delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS)

Campus Mail Services can process outgoing letters, flats and parcels using a postage meter.


University business mailings are to be processed through our Campus Mail Services. Stamps may be purchased by units for individual pieces of mail, sent on a sporadic basis. UB Procurement Cards (PCard) are the most appropriate mechanism to purchase stamps. 

Bulk Mail

Campus Mail Services’ bulk mail operation is efficient and cost-effective for large mailings, such as invitations, newsletters or announcements.
