UBF Accounts in SIRI
SIRI provides information and reporting for UB Foundation (UBF) accounts. Account holders can query their accounts and perform many common tasks.

What Can You Do in SIRI?
SIRI allows you to do any of the following tasks:
- Get account balances
- Lookup transactions
- View scanned documents from disbursements and adjusting entries
- Lookup encumbrances on accounts
- Run reports, such as the Account Activity Report
All SIRI information is generated through UB InfoSource and is refreshed daily.
UBF Account Login Instructions
Requirements for Accessing SIRI
To access SIRI, you will need to meet the following requirements:
1. A valid UBITname and password
2. Access to UBF Accounts
Log in to SIRI:
Log in to SIRI using your UBITName and password.
Once your request to access UBF accounts has been approved, here's how to access information:
What If I Get an "Invalid Credentials" Error?
If you are certain you entered your correct UBITName and password, you most likely need to change your UBIT password.
Access UBF Financial Data
Click Dashboards and then the Money Dashboard.
You will see selections where you can filter your accounts or search for accounts by entering your desired account information, then click Apply.
- UBF Account Number utilizes the old account number format
- UBF Fund utilizes the new shorter account number format
UBF accounts will appear below State Accounts and Research Foundation Accounts. You can collapse those to get to your UBF accounts faster.
Click on the Fund number of the account you would like to display. From here, you can choose the following options.
- Fund Summary
- Fund Images/Signatories
- Expenses
- Revenue
- Payroll
- Encumbrances
Tip: When viewing fund information, select the years you would like to see data for by checking the appropriate years and click Apply. SIRI will update the data according to your selection.
UBF Account Number Crosswalk
After logging into SIRI, click Dashboards, and then Money.
Under UB Foundation Funds 2016-2017 Forward, click on the link that says “Click here for a crosswalk from UB Foundation account numbers to the new Fund numbers.”
To download the crosswalk, look for the bottom center and Click Export, then choose the file format of your preference.
UBF Report For Non-Donor Revenue
Once you login to SIRI, you can review a list of transactions made to your account. Here's how it works:
In the top right corner, click Dashboards and then Reports under General Dashboards.
In the Reports panel, click the Money folder
Choose UBF Funds 2016-2017 Forward
Choose Revenue by Source Code Report
Select the account you would like to view by using the filters or entering your fund information and selecting the FY for which you wish to view the data.
Choose the type(s) of revenue you wish to view by checking the appropriate box(es) and then click ok.
Your report will be displayed.
The report can be sorted by clicking the arrows at the top of the columns.
You can print or export the report for download at the bottom of the report.
To view paystubs and W-2 forms, click on the AccuFund Employee Portal button.
